Move Out Procedures
To ensure your deposit refund the following must be completed:
*Remove all items
*Sweep floor
*Remove lock and Close door
*Place lock & both keys in envelope. Clearly mark unit number, date, and forwarding address on envelope
*Return envelope with lock & keys to office. Leave in drop slot if office is closed
